Yes. Natural stone is heavy and sea freight is the standard method for bulk orders. We ship FCL (Full Container Load) and LCL (Less than Container Load) from Çanakkale and Istanbul ports to destinations worldwide. We can arrange freight forwarding to your destination port or door.
We quote FOB (Free on Board) by default, which is standard for stone exports. We can also arrange CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) or DAP (Delivered at Place) on request. Incoterms and port of loading are confirmed in the proforma invoice.
We ship worldwide. Major markets include the EU, USA, UK, Middle East, and Australia. See our Shipping page for transit times and estimated freight costs by region.
Documents & Customs
Every shipment includes: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Certificate of Origin. Bill of Lading (sea) or Airway Bill (air) is provided by the carrier. Additional documents on request.
Yes. EUR.1 (Pan-Euro-Med preferential tariff) and A.TR (Turkey–EU Customs Union) movement certificates are available on request. These can significantly reduce import duty for buyers in the EU and certain EFTA countries.

Payment
We accept bank wire transfer (TT / SWIFT) and Letter of Credit (L/C) for larger orders. For new buyers, standard terms are 30–50% deposit upon order confirmation, balance before shipment. Established buyers may qualify for extended terms.
Yes. Full container (FCL) orders receive the best unit pricing. LCL and pallet-level orders also benefit from volume pricing. Contact us with your quantities for a tailored quote.
Our standard quotation is FOB (Turkish port of loading). We can also provide CIF quotes that include freight and insurance to your destination port. Specify your preferred Incoterm and destination port when requesting a quote.
Quality & Inspection
We conduct quarry-level selection, calibration checks (thickness ±1 mm), and visual grading (Grade A / Commercial) before packing. Batch photos and calibration records are provided with every order. For large orders, we can arrange a pre-shipment inspection visit.
Yes. Buyers may nominate an independent inspection agency (SGS, Bureau Veritas, or similar) to inspect goods at our warehouse before loading. Inspection costs are at the buyer's account. We will coordinate access and provide a suitable inspection window.
Natural stone inherently varies in colour and veining between quarry batches. We source from consistent quarry sections to minimise variation and provide pre-shipment photos for approval. Significant colour deviations from approved samples are handled case-by-case — contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Photograph any damage upon receipt before unloading (required for insurance claims). Contact us within 48 hours with photos and a description. All shipments include cargo insurance. We will arrange a replacement shipment or credit note depending on the extent of damage.
