Shipping Methods

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Canakkale, Turkey. Shipping method is selected based on order weight, volume, and urgency.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected method. For orders that qualify for free shipping, the discount is applied automatically.

  • Orders shipped via standard air to most destinations include a flat shipping rate shown at checkout.
  • Free shipping thresholds and promotions are shown on the product page and at checkout.
  • For LCL/FCL sea freight, please contact us for a freight quote before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a dispatch notification with a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

Processing time may be longer during peak periods or for large custom orders. We will notify you of any delays.

Order Tracking

Track your order using the Order ID from your confirmation email on our website. Alternatively, use the carrier tracking number provided in your dispatch email.

For air freight shipments, tracking is available from the moment the parcel is handed to the carrier. Sea freight tracking is available once the container is loaded.

Export Documentation

All international shipments include the following standard documents:

  • Commercial Invoice — Itemized invoice with HS codes for customs clearance.
  • Packing List — Detailed list of contents, weights, and dimensions.
  • Certificate of Origin — Certifying Turkish origin for preferential tariff rates.

Additional documents (EUR.1, A.TR, phytosanitary certificates) are available upon request for applicable products. Please inform us at the time of ordering.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the international nature of our business, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you experience any of the following:

  • Goods arrived visibly damaged
  • Incorrect items shipped
  • Significant shortage in quantity

Please provide photos or video evidence of damaged or incorrect goods. We will arrange a replacement shipment, partial refund, or credit note depending on the circumstances.

Returns of undamaged goods for reasons other than our error are generally not accepted for international B2B orders due to the cost and logistics involved.
