How to File a Dispute
If your shipment does not match the agreed specification or arrives damaged:

- Provide your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
- Our team will coordinate with the supplier for replacement, repair, or a fair settlement.
What Is Not Covered
- Natural variation in stone colour and veining (inherent to the material).
- Damage caused by improper handling after delivery.
- Changes in import duties or local taxes at the destination country.
